Make this recipe well before the cold weather of winter starts setting in. It can be taken as a preventative to any new winter bugs that may be going around. This recipe is warming and decongesting, especially helpful when feeling the first onset of sickness.
Horseradish 1 part
Garlic 1 part
Onion 1 part
Ginger ½ part
Cover with Apple cider Vinegar
Add Cayenne Pepper ¼ teaspoon
Shake well
Leave to extract for 4-6 weeks
Strain and add ¼ cup honey to taste
As a preventative take a tablespoon a day especially if you have been around others that have been sick. At the first sign of sickness take a teaspoon each hour. Do this for a few days.
