Ingredients:

  • 1/2 head of green cabbage, thinly sliced
  • 2 medium carrots, grated
  • 1/2 red onion, thinly sliced
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tbsp apple cider vinegar
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • 1 tsp celery seed
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions:

  1. In a large bowl, combine the sliced cabbage, grated carrots, and sliced red onion.
  2. In a separate small bowl, whisk together the mayonnaise, apple cider vinegar, honey, and celery seed until well combined.
  3. Pour the dressing over the cabbage mixture and toss to combine.
  4. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  5. Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes before serving to allow the flavors to meld together.
