This can be eaten on toast, flavour pasta, potatoes, baste your chicken – the options are endless.

• 1/2 cup herbs of your choice

• 2 small garlic cloves, minced

• 2 green onions

• zest of 1 lemon plus 1 tablespoon lemon juice, optional

• 1/2 teaspoon salt

• 1/2 teaspoon ground pepper

• 1/4 teaspoon -1/2 tsp red chili flakes optional

• 6 tablespoon olive oil
