INGREDIENTS:

4-5 Fresh Plums

1 Ripe Frozen Banana

2-3 Dates

1 Teaspoon Ginger, grated

¼ Teaspoon Chili Powder

½ Cup Oats

2 Cups Chilled Milk

DIRECTIONS:

  • Put all ingredients in a blender
  • Blend until smooth
  • Enjoy!!
