½ head of Cabbage sliced thinly
½ Red Onion sliced thinly
1 Carrot shredded
1 Tablespoon grated Ginger
¼ Cup Tamari
1/8 Cup Honey
3 Tablespoon Sesame oil
Cayenne to taste
Place cabbage, onion, carrot and ginger in a bowl and mix well.
Wisk tamari, honey, sesame oil and cayenne in a bowl and pour over the cabbage mixture.
Mix all ingredients together.
