¼ Cup Molasses
1 Cup Honey
3 Tablespoons powdered Astragalus
3 Tablespoons powdered Ashwagandha
3 Tablespoons powdered Ginseng
1 Teaspoon powdered Cinnamon
¼ Teaspoon powdered Cardamom
¼ Teaspoon powdered Ginger
Black Cherry Concentrate
Place all ingredients except the black cherry concentrate in a bowl and mix well.
Add black cherry concentrate to moisten if needed and store in refrigerator for up to a month.
Serve on toast, in tea or on oats.
