Boost circulation – good for a cough and sore throat.  Stores up to 2 months in fridge.

 

Slice a rhizome of ginger thinly.

Cover with honey in pan.

Warm on the lowest heat for 20-30 minutes.

Once cooled, store in a jar with the ginger in.

 

Take a tablespoon when needed or add to herbal tea.
