Make this satisfying, immune boosting tea throughout winter.

1 cup water

2 slices Ginger

2 Cardamom pods

1/2 Cinnamon stick

3 Peppercorns

2 Cloves

1 bag Green tea / rooibos tea

Simmer ingredients on the stove for 10 minutes.

Add honey and frothed mild to taste.
