Boost your immunity with this warming expectorant that released phlegm to cough it out.  It is antimicrobial even against the most antibiotic resistant bacterias.

The best way to eat garlic is to chop it up and let it sit for 10 minutes before eating, add a little honey if it helps it to go down.  If you cannot bare to eat it this way, make this delicious pickled garlic to snack on –

  • Put peeled garlic cloves into a tight fitting jar.
  • Pour tamari (or vinegar) over garlic, seal and let it sit in a dark place for 3 weeks, with a label and date.
  • After 3 weeks , strain off the liquid, saving half of the liquid.
  • Mix the remaining liquid with an equal amount of honey.
  • Pour it back over the garlic and let it sit for another 3 weeks.
  • After the second 3 weeks the garlic is ready to consume.
  • Store in the refrigerator for up to a few months.

Snack on a clove or 2 a day, if symptomatic eat a few cloves a day.
