Ingredients:

  • 1-2 teaspoons of dried raspberry leaves
  • 1 cup of water
  • Optional: honey, lemon or other flavorings

Instructions:

  1. Boil one cup of water in a small pot or kettle.
  2. Place the dried raspberry leaves in a tea infuser or directly into a tea pot.
  3. Pour the hot water over the raspberry leaves and let steep for 5-10 minutes.
  4. Remove the tea infuser or strain the tea leaves out.
  5. Add honey or other flavorings if desired.
