After many years of research, I have come across 3 main areas that people struggle with in their battle to lose excess weight.

  • Appetite and cravings
  • Energy and exercise
  • Drinking enough water

There are 3 herbs that I have identified to help in these areas, they can be purchased alone to target a specific concern or as a formula called “Naturally Slender” for weight loss.  Overtime “Naturally Slender” may – lower blood sugar, lower cholesterol, lower blood pressure, strengthen adrenals, enhance immunity, suppress appetite, increase energy and mental alertness.  Do not take if you are already taking medication for heart disease, first consult with a doctor or pharmacist.

Here are some more tips that will help you on your weight loss journey:

  • Eat clean, food prepared by yourself.  Cut out fast, convenient foods and reduce sugar intake eg fizzy drinks, sweets and chocolate.
  • Increase your water intake, work towards at least 8 glasses a day.  Herbal teas are a great way to increase your fluid intake.
  • We were made to move so try to be more active, 10 000 steps are actually the minimum we should do per day.  If you don’t enjoy exercise, just be more mindful of moving eg walk around while waiting for the kettle to boil or while brushing teeth – find ways of working it into your daily routine.
  • Be kind to yourself!  The weight did not appear overnight, and it is healthier for it to slowly come off.
