  • Dress warmly in winter and avoid getting chilled.  Especially cover up the chest and neck area and wear a beanie outdoors.
  • Exercise can also reduce the chance of catching a cold or flu. Be sure to stay active, even in the cold winter months.
  • Make sure you get plenty of rest to avoid stressing your system.
