Caraway Seed Roasted Potatoes

Ingredients:

  • 2 lbs baby potatoes
  • 3 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tbsp caraway seed
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced

Instructions:

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Wash the potatoes and pat them dry.
  3. In a small bowl, mix together the olive oil, caraway seed, salt, pepper, and minced garlic.
  4. Toss the potatoes in the seasoned oil mixture until they are well coated.
  5. Spread the potatoes out on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  6. Roast the potatoes in the preheated oven for about 30-40 minutes or until they are golden brown and crispy on the outside.
  7. Serve hot and enjoy!

This recipe is easy to make and adds a delicious, slightly sweet and peppery flavor to the potatoes. You can also experiment with adding other spices or herbs to the seasoning mixture to create different flavor profiles.
