Ingredients:
- 1-2 teaspoons of dried Devil’s Claw root or 1-2 Devil’s Claw tea bags
- 1 cup of boiling water
- Honey or lemon (optional)
Instructions:
- Boil the water in a kettle or on the stove.
- Place the Devil’s Claw root or tea bag in a tea infuser or strainer.
- Put the Devil’s Claw in a cup and pour the hot water over it.
- Let the Devil’s Claw steep in the water for 5-10 minutes.
- Remove the Devil’s Claw and add honey or lemon if desired.
- Enjoy the tea while it’s still warm.
Note: It’s recommended to drink no more than 3 cups of Devil’s Claw tea per day. Also, if you’re taking any medications or have any underlying health conditions, it’s important to talk to your doctor before using Devil’s Claw.
