Ingredients:

  • 2 tablespoons juniper berries
  • 2 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions:

  1. Crush the juniper berries in a mortar and pestle or with the back of a spoon to release their flavor.
