Ingredients:

  • 1 banana
  • 1 cup almond milk
  • 1 tbsp maca powder
  • 1 tbsp chia seeds
  • 1 tsp honey (optional)
  • Ice cubes (as needed)

Instructions:

  1. Peel the banana and add it to a blender.
  2. Add the almond milk, maca powder, chia seeds, and honey (if using) to the blender.
  3. Blend all the ingredients until smooth and creamy.
  4. If the smoothie is too thick, add a few ice cubes to the blender and blend again until desired consistency is reached.
  5. Pour the smoothie into a glass and enjoy!
